Size of apartment. Elevator. Nice neighbors

Mismanaged and ran down. Pests & roaches, cheap intercom system/NO security, NO live-in or 24/7 superintendent, saggy floors, yellow water, drafty windows, dirty old heat vents, poor garbage disposal management, walls as thin as paper. Unreliable/unavailable Managment company (C+C) unresponsive Landowner.
