Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant feedback for buildings managed by Jacob Eisenstein consistently points to significant management deficiencies. Residents face severe issues with cleanliness, pest infestations, inadequate heating, and poor water pressure. Garbage management and overall maintenance are notably neglected, with reports of broken security doors and unsafe lobby conditions including homeless presence. Response from management is described as slow or nonexistent, leaving repair requests unaddressed for extended periods. While neighbors may occasionally be a positive aspect, the overall living environment is compromised by noise and safety concerns. Prospective renters are generally advised to seek alternative options due to the landlord’s failure to adequately maintain properties or prioritize tenant well-being.
