An overpriced dump

Pros:
Close to all trains. Vibrant neighborhood. Spacious. Rent stabilized.
Cons:
Deteriorate kitchen and bathroom structure. Building common areas are not taken care of. The front entrance smells like animal urine.

Take care of your property
