Short term Summer Rental good experience
Pros
Modern appliances and well furnished.
Cons
Laundry was not idea. Machines did the job, occasional roach in the laundry room and when you walk into complex.

aggressively fine building
Pros
Electricity works, building is quiet (even if the street noise is not) and the pests issue was limited to the basement in the time I lived there
Cons
Hot water takes a long time, no heat at times in winter, pests (roaches) in basement and occassionally first floor. They take care of them but it's still a problem.
