Not easy to talk to management, very few people were helpful.

Great location, any work orders are handled in a timely manner

Bugs, management is horrible

Mice and mismanagement
Pros
Less than a block from a bodega, the train and Central Park.
Cons
The building has both mice and cockroaches. I’ve contacted management multiple times and they do nothing about it. There’s also gang activity a few buildings down.
Advice to the owners
Take care of the pests.
