Solid Building, Great Pricing

Pros

The building is rent-stabilized, the apartments are nicely priced, and they’re no frills but well built. The management company is responsive and the super and porters are all very responsive and on top of things. The community is great, and the construction is solid so noise is minimal and things are well built.

Cons

It’s basic - not a new construction, amenities kind of building - but I loved living here.
