Amazing neighborhood, safe, close to amenities

across from school so can get a little loud. movies/tv were also constantly filming on the block and sometimes making noise early in the morning

Responsive super, location is perfect, parking is fairly easy to find, pretty clean, and laundry in building.

Cons

The units are small and there are no 2 bedrooms in the building, and it’s across from the school so morning traffic can be rough sometimes.
