The building isn’t that bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighbors, great neighborhood by prospect park
Cons:
The super is rude he barely does anything you have to call other people to fix things in your apartment and too many roaches
Advice to owner:
Get a new super

Out with the old; in with the new
Former Tenant
Pros:
- The building has a lot of families and seniors living in the building; which is great. This was a great building for a long time.
Cons:
- The newer people coming into the building; within the last 6 months are problematic. One of them likes to blast her music like she's the only tenant in this building. The walls are thin which make this a problem. Management is often non-responsive; and the super is ok.
Advice to owner:
Do something about the tenant blasting her music. Bring in people that will preserve the culture. Stop only focusing on money that's why we got these nuckleheads living here.
