I wish this place was clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, near L train, close to Union Square. Units have high ceilings.
Cons:
Westminster City Living is owned by Jared Kushner. The company does not care about their tenants and the apartment complex shows it. It is dirty and run down, the hallways are rarely cleaned professionally. The tiles in hallways are broken and some are missing. Instead of repairing walls, doors etc. they just paint over everything. The building is disgusting.
Advice to owner:
I understand this is a business and ultimately what matters is revenue, but if you care just a little about the service you provide to your tenants, that will go a long way.
