Very poor conditions
Former Tenant
Pros:
The noise level on the floor is generally good.
Cons:
The new management barely responds, although friendly, the phones are always ringing. The neighbors are dirty, the garbage incinerator is dirty, there are fingerprints all over elevator and door knobs, floors are dirty and sticky and takes weeks for someone to mop, outside the building there’s always dog poop, people park in your spot all the time and you don’t have a phone number to call to management when someone parks in your spot.
Advice to owner:
There are still decent tenants: pick up phone calls, help them out more, have buildings where there are less percentage of sheltered individuals. Monitor parking spots and have a number to reach when someone parks in your spot at any kind of hours, clean and mop floors every other day, nightly whichever of convenience, not clean in the mornings around 7am and hold up one elevator causing those to be late for work. Manage and enforce those tenants with dogs because the rule in the beginning was no dogs allowed so there isn’t dog poop and such when you step outside.
