Small but good

Pros

Apartments are relatively small but well maintained. Very good sunlight in the mornings. Washer dryer in unit and updated appliances

Cons

Thief in the building. Had things stolen right outside my door, packages were frequently taken. Management refuses to show camera footage. If you cannot pickup a package while on vacation, expect it to be taken within 2 days. Apartments are humid due to poor air circulation. Saw two cockroaches on the bottom floor stuck in traps, but never in the apartment.
