Good Apartments in Crown Heights

Pros

Really enjoyed washer and dryer in building, great neighbors. Had very limited pests, some roaches here and there but could be dealt with with sprays. No mice.

pretty clean, very quiet, no pest problems except for the first week we moved in (1 roach lol)

landlord david does not respond to any messages or calls, ticket submissions go weeks without being responded to

when people submit tickets, at least reply letting them know that you’ve seen it
