The building and the neighborhood is beautiful
The owner is a terrible landlord that struggles to keep his emotions out of simply doing what needs to be done. He plays obnoxiously loud music and TV often. There were many things that needed to be fixed or promised to be fixed that never got the attention they needed. When asked he would get almost angry at you for asking and dismiss you.
