the building is well kept and the apartment has had zero issues. all the appliances work great. love the neighborhood
Cons
street is pretty rowdy a lot of the time, if you want quiet this is not the place

Amenities in the unit (w/d and dishwasher) Nice finishes in the building (crown molding, paint/lighting, feels nice) Responsive and exceptionally kind Super, Carlos!

Classic pre-war issues — have had issues with windows leaking, radiator leaking, water turning brown, etc
