Pros:
above a grocery store, never had a pest problem, reasonable owner
Cons:
some leaks, overhead lights wired oddly, loud hvac system right outside the deck

Great location but old-school landlord

Pros:
Newly renovated, right above the supermarket, mile from prospect park.
Cons:
Management is usually slow to respond to requests. Have to pay rent with paper checks. Security was returned a month late.
Advice to owner:
Get an electronic rent payment option. Improve general administration processes.
