The management of the building is so bad that makes living here extremely difficult and disappointing. In Feb 2026 we had a ConEd outage for 3 days during the coldest winter days. The management was not able to address the issue for 2 days which had led a lot of tenants booking hotels for those days. And when they did sent an email, it was not formatted and very casual?? The whole situation has led the tenants extremely disappointment by the management, and they stand firm that despite inhabitability, there is no rental credit granted. In addition, we lose water randomly. There are days that we woke up without running water at all. This is unacceptable given it is considered a luxury building. We have called and filed dozens of tickets with 311 and the 311 agents come to our building often due to issues like this. We constantly lose packages and have packages opened. Package delivery is not trustworthy in this building at all, and the management could not provide footage to help identify the cause. There are also multiple (4+) active developments just across the street, which makes the rooms noisy during the days. I hope I have shared enough, and please make your decision to sign very consciously of these issues. I wish I was told before I signed and I would break the lease right now if I can.
