Great apartment with good super

Pros:
I was on the backside of the street, so there was no noise. Facing to the backyard and it was great. I loved there for about 8 years.
Cons:
I have a ceiling leak sometimes. But was managed by the super who lived close by.
Advice to owner:
Not much. I liked how you handled everything

Really nice and clean loft that had air conditioning, a working elevator, and nice neighbors.
Cons:
The laundry room was sooo small .

You Get What You Pay For

Great price and great location, and this will trump most other issues. Management is friendly and responsive.
Cons:
Maintenance and bug issues.
Advice to owner:
Some pretty extensive renovations are long over due
