Worst two years of my life
Pros
Hardly any rats or roaches. Everything was included in rent and it was an 11 minute walk to the L train
Cons
I used to rent the basement and it was good until the landlord decided she was gonna rent the other rooms to people she haven’t even done a back ground to and no respected the fact that people has to work in the morning. And we wasn’t allowed to cook we had to order takeout.
Advice to the owners
Rent the basement in full stop renting the rooms because you have more problems that way
