New owners much more responsive and seem to care

Pros

Great EV location. New owners in winter 2024 and they have made some upgrades throughout and are attentive.

Back trash area is always teeming with mice.

Slow maintenance half done work

Pros

While you can hear everything when you are walking up the stairs, once you close your door you don't hear much. Close to restaurants and night life.

Cons

We had a water leak from the floor above and it damaged our ceilings. It took weeks for the problem to be resolved and the ceiling was just painted over. You can hear everything in the stairwell. For the money it is really small.
