This is a spacious pre war building and the landlord is objectively nice
Cons
This place has a raging roach infestation that will never be resolved. The ceiling leaks every time it rains and has caused significant water and mold damage they refuse to address.
Advice to the owners
Hire real professionals to fix the building before it falls apart
Pests and overall bare bones maintenance.

Large apartments. Friendly super and porter. Nice area and affordable rent.
Cons
Repeated bedbug episodes. Building management would treat, but just the bare minimum treatment. It became musical chairs of rotating apartments with bedbugs, since some tenants were not taking care of their apartments or would hide that they had a bedbug problem and lax treatment from management perpetuated the issue. This was several years back; hopefully, the situation has improved.
Advice to the owners
If you have bedbugs in a property, you must go after the issue in full force and educate your tenants to speak up when they have a problem. One apartments bedbug problem becomes the problem of all their neighbors. An infestation can really destroy the mental health and well being of someone living through it.
