Fabulous location but outdated. Check rental history.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized units. The location is great - a very quiet street to be so close to the heart of North Williamsburg. The apartment was surprisingly spacious for NYC. I loved it and it was home for quite a few years.
Cons:
You couldn't pay online or virtually when I lived there. I had to go get a certified check every month and bring it to them. Which is obviously outdated. It is an older building and you get more old-school landlords with it; they aren't horrible but also are not flexible in the least bit. Do your research on the payment history as some apartments are rent-stabilized.

Low Light but Otherwise Great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive management: our request get taken care of efficiently and in a timely matter.

Clean: Super cleans the stairwell and public areas at least monthly.

Overall for the price and location I think this building is great.
Cons:
We are on the backside of the building and not much natural light gets into the apartment.

Personally hate the hallow wood doors. They are a bit ugly. Wish they could be painted white.

A great two years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here from 2016-2018 and loved it. The building was in a great part of Williamsburg that was a quick walk to the subway but somehow removed from all the crazy annoying parts of the area. A nice quiet corner at the time with great access to everything you need or want.
Cons:
No complaints from me

Former Tenant
Pros:
Great place to live. Management is super nice. Super quiet and comfortable
Cons:
Not much to say
Advice to owner:
Love having laundry on site but 3 washer/dryers for 3 buildings is not enough always

It's a good place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived in the rear building. It's nice having a patio. Quiet, fruit from a mulberry, relentless raccoons. A slice of plastic nature in north brooklyn.
Cons:
Terrible lighting in the bathroom
Advice to owner:
don't raise the rent

Great location, OK building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a well-looked after building, in a great neighborhood. The management seems by the books but on top of maintenance.
Cons:
Some of the neighbors can be loud, and seems the flooring is extremely outdated because the floors creak loud
Advice to owner:
Update flooring
