Great apartment building
Pros
Well maintained, large 1 bedroom, spacious kitchen with excellent storage. Well designed unit over all. Amazing staff who have been here for years.
Cons
Elevators sometimes down (becoming more frequent, but still manageable) . High amenities fees.
Great building, expensive, surrounding area getting worse, convenient
Pros
- Great staff including doormen, handymen, etc - They keep it pretty clean - Gym, laundry in building, outdoor patio area with grill, lounge spaces - Units have great windows and lighting - Super convenient, you're so close to so many subway stations
Cons
- Even though I love the building, the amazing staff, and my unit, and yes understanding that "you get what you pay for." But even then I do think it's overpriced for what it is. - Management company doesn't care about retaining tenants, they only care about profitability - Renewals every year basically start at ~10% increases which is ridiculous. - Immediate surrounding area has gotten pretty sketchy...
