Hard to reach

Pros:
Water and Heat included in rent, 2 doors to buzz in through, monthly exterminator who comes and checks in incase there is a problem for any reason. (none so far)
Cons:
When trying to reach the building owner it took many emails and too many phone calls to just get a reply which was also sounding like I was wasting her time when it affected multiple people of the building.

Pros:
Location, good walls, in mostly working order.
Cons:
Super could be more responsive, halls need to be scrubbed down. Really, just reno the thing.
Advice to owner:
Have the hallway floors and doors replaced.
