we had 2 nice neighbors
Cons:
everything about this buying is unsanitary. I would run the other way! Pest everywhere (roaches, mice etc.
Advice to owner:
destroy the entire development and restart. Not every tenant here is unemployed and on government assistance. We pay too much to have felt with this. Supers are amazing. so it the office manager
