Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.

Unresponsive Management & rent hikes
Former Tenant

Great building and apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful and clean building and apartment. Sense of community. Doorman and mail room. Basement laundry and garbage room. 3 elevators. Balcony if you’re lucky.
Responsive maintenance. Radiator and heater in apartments. Dishwasher.
Cons:
Management unresponsiveness if your email is deemed unnecessary. Roaches if unlucky. High rent. On 5th Avenue close to a hospital so an ambulance passes at least every hour.
Advice to owner:
Management needs to respond to all emails. Fumigation or pest control.

Avoid this Building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, laundry (roaches included), doorman
Cons:
It's an older building infested with roaches and mice. Concrete construction is extra conducive to noise. You will hear your neighbors on the phone.
Advice to owner:
None really. It's a lost cause.
