some neighbors are loud, i’ve seen a couple american cockroaches (at least it’s not the german ones!)

Perfect for solo tenants who like quiet

Pros

Units are small so tenants don’t tend to have parties or be overly loud. Affordable (relatively) for a 1 br unit.

Cons

Landlord could be more responsive, you really have to make an effort to get in contact. Appliances are old and small.

Advice to the owners

Small upgrades would go a long way, like modernizing appliances. But keep rent prices affordable and people will likely excuse those smaller things!
