Lots to love
Pros
Great management, building super clean, super is very responsive, great location and great size for a studio
Cons
The building has lots of cockaroaches… Seems to be a problem even with monthly pest control. I barely kept food in the unit, sealed everything up when I did. Spoke with other tenants and they just said “it’s an issue”. Sadly I had to move…

This place is a shithole
Pros
Nice neighborhood, garbage shoot is convenient, elevator
Cons
Roaches, horrible communication with super/management, apartment is dirty, rent prices aren’t worth it
