Amazing building and managment
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love how clean the building is. The super takes out the trash multiple times a day and it is super quiet all of the time. It’s a great building and whenever you need anything the management company is super responsive and resolves the issue immediately
Cons:
Only issue I’ve had is that someone in the building had bed bugs. I saw one in my apartment and though we had an infestation but turns out it was someone else in the building. I’m not sure if it was resolved but in total I have seen 4 bedbugs in my time living there and it’s not a nice experience. Really really wished that was resolved instead of hoping that we didn’t have an infestation. We never did but still. Definitely an issue
Advice to owner:
Resolve the bed bug problem

Lived here for 4 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Super is super is extremely on top of everything. Anytime you've had an issue, he'd immediately address it or set up a plan to fix it. The apartments are absolutely beautiful. I can't ever get over the wainscoting in the living rooms.
Cons:
Building is also excruciatingly hot, but comes with it being an older building. My immediate neighbors were always nice, but there's some really annoying. People will leave trash on the stairs, won't pick up packages for days, bang on the floor if you're doing things like vacuuming. Management isn't the most responsive if you have any issues with the office and you have to walk the check out every month rather than having an online system.
Advice to owner:
Developing an online system for payment and filing complaints.

Nice building & no complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean and quiet walk up building, close to restaurants and the N/W train
Cons:
Lived here a few years and sometimes in the winter the water in the shower would take a few minutes to heat up, nothing too bad though
