great location, horrible soundproofing
Pros
Location is great, the common areas are clean, the landlord is responsive
Cons
Walls and floors are very thin. You will hear your neighbours a lot.

Terrific landlord
Pros
The landlord is proactive, responsive and involved in the regular maintenance. The building is clean and sound insulation is exceptionally good
Cons
The garbage management isn’t great, but it’s minor.
Advice to the owners
