Solid building on St Marks
Pros
This is a solid building with easy neighbors, accessible to A line and the good spots on Nostrand. Easy access to garbage/recycling out front, the stairs are really manageable and the mail is well watched. Building stays warm in winter.
Cons
Cockroaches got in kind of often in the summer despite my best efforts (unit was on the third floor). Garbage can get really gross out front and the location itself is often super loud, being next to Nostrand.

Pretty alright but renting for way above it's value now
Pros
Well located, management was responsive with enough pestering
Cons
Broken appliances upon move-in, management's response to package theft was to change the door code and refuse to tell us what the new one was, forcing us to use the key, had to fight to get our deposit back
