- Cheap rent (but it's a factor of the location) - Common hallways cleaned every once in a while

- Rats almost always in the back alleyway to the laundry room - Hot water/heat often turned off for hours during winter. Leaving cold showers / cold rooms - They did something with the pipes in 2026 where the water pressure got a lot worse - Everything feels dirty / look sold

Management office does not return phone calls or emails. They will also contact you at the last minute asking you to make arrangements to be home the next day for work that needs to be completed
