Great building on a quiet street
Pros
It's quiet, the neighbors are kind and keep to themselves, and the landlord is responsive.
Cons
Not much - I wish we had a dishwasher or laundry on premises, but that's a lot to ask for

Classic Landlord Who Does Nothing
Pros
The building is small and well located.
Cons
No maintenance or upkeep whatsoever. Garbage is constantly piled up outside, inviting rodents and pests. Expect no repairs, no response to flooding, or plumbing problems. There's likely mold in the building because of water damage
Advice to the owners
Follow through and take care of the building.
