The balcony view is nice

Cons

The security guards purpose is not known as he lets no one in. There is smoking in the staircases and balcony. Tenants do not clean up after their dogs. Rude tenants, it’s a project building where the rent is way too high as you get no perks for it. It’s not a safe building.

Advice to the owners

Clean the building, have tenants clean up after their dog, lower the rents, have security call people at their homes to announce visitors, have a place for packages, fix the back lock, stop the smoking,
