Awful, not a place to live

Pros

Location is nice. Close to the subways and Central Park. Near all the food you could ever have a taste for

Cons

Awful building, poorly managed. Dealt with multiple insect and mice infestations. Heat didn’t work properly in the winter. No central air. Trash system sucks.
