Pretty Good Building, Slightly Loud at Times

Pros

Stairs and entrance are always well maintained and kept clean. Utility charge is not crazy.

Cons

The heat can get extremely warm in the winter.

super is very responsive and helpful, keeps the building clean. full size dishwasher and big kitchen

Cons

nothing fancy, some units don't have closets. some neighbors are loud and 2nd ave is noisy
