Well maintained pre war building...solid and relatively quiet.
Pros
Pet/Dog friendly. No hassles...lots of privacy. Safe...very friendly neighborhood. Heat & water included.
Cons
Walk up...no elevator. Lobby and stairwell need to be remodeled and updated.

Landowner, thin walls/floors, trash, super offsite, crime/ plumbing
Advice to the owners
Answer your tenants calls. Fix things. Hiring a super who knows what they are doing or at least who can speak enough English to understand the issues. Fix the plumbing!!!
