Unresponsive Management and Things Constantly Broken

Great neighbors, new building with new amenities
Cons
Management is absolutely horrible at responding, especially when there are constant issues with the building. Constantly being locked out by a broken buzzer/pin pad and hallway door that locks (makes no sense.) Had no hot water for 2 days. Constantly lie about when contractors will come to make repairs meaning I often have surprise apartment visits.
Advice to the owners
Speak the truth. Make repairs for the long term and actually do things that make sense. Be honest and provide rent credits when you fall short.
