Actual units are decent Good location Most units have decent natural light
Cons:
Building is in bad condition - the hallways are dirty and the trash room is not maintained. The interior of the building is crumbling
Joe Taube of Taube Management is awful - very unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Invest a little money in cleaning the place up
