Great apartment for one person. No frills but no fuss either!

Responsive and helpful management team, super in building, nice layout, quiet bedroom, beautiful floors, laundry next door.
Cons:
Old so nothing’s level, no central ac, shower

Pros:
I had to leave a review because this was the best landlord I ever had. Lori Zee Corp owned the building, managed by Barbara Morales. They were responsive, polite, and when we moved out after 6 years, Barbara told us she was sad to see us go. Honestly, it was touching. The apartment was pretty basic, but they sent a pest control guy every month. The Super was literally the nicest person you ever met and helped us when anything broke or we got locked out. I highly recommend this building and property owner.
Cons:
Worst thing about the building is that some neighbor always seemed to be smoking pot and it stunk up the stairwell. I personally don't like the smell, but if it doesn't bother you, go for it.
Advice to owner:
Keep up what you are already doing! You made us feel welcomed and cared for. We really appreciate it.
