Solid East Village Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was clean and quiet. Neighbors were normal. The location was great for anything in East Village - also right next to the 1st Ave L Train stop so could go anywhere quickly. Landlord responded to requests quickly.
Cons:
It was a 5-floor walkup. I had to walk by the trash to get to my side of the building. Nonexistent living rooms in the apartments.
