Pros:
Great location and quiet building.
Cons:
Rent payments had to be paid via a mailed check. Wish there was a portal to make payment easier and make maintenance requests.

Great location - the only positive aspect of renting here.
Cons:
Extremely poor management. Multiple issues with building and appliances. Stay away.
Advice to owner:
Hire property management that actually manages the building & is competent.
