Reviews

Former tenant·5 minutes ago

not recommended - lots of issues

Pros

- decent space for the price - very close to ACBD station (access to express train) - pets allowed for a fee - elevator

Cons

- management is very unresponsive - had no heat for most of the winter - rats in the building (in the walls, in the basement, in my kitchen once) - trash management is not great, building often smells funny - didn’t get a laundry card for the laundry room in the basement for ~2 months

Advice to the owners

be more responsive to issues, fix the heat

Former tenant·11 months ago

Decent Building, no major complaints elevator could be an issue

Pros

Very Close to the subway station. My unit is very quiet in the back of the building. Neighbors are friendly . No bugs

Cons

Elevator seems to break down once every two months for a day or two. Rats can be heard in the trash area and occasionally in the walls. Does get a bit cold in the winter, windows need to be replaced,

Advice to the owners

work on the rat issue and keep us warm in the winter
