Good apartment, nice area

nice street, close to subway and park, pretty good natural light

occasional roach in summer months, could be a bit cleaner with brighter lighting

good location renovated apartments are nice rent stabilized apartments are nice

Cons

- heating is bad, old radiators. Its often cold in the apartment in winter, no answer to complains - building has cockroaches - someone steals packages from lobby. management wont do anything about it even though they have cameras in the lobby.

Advice to the owners

Fix heating and package stealing problem.
