Nice rent controlled apt, living here in 2020
Pros
At the time very cheap and consistent rodent/pest control visits. Never had an issue in my apartment
Cons
Front door would randomly just lock everyone out, hard to get in touch with management

Pros
Nice neighbors and neighborhood
Cons
Management is really slow to respond, and don’t answer their phones. Sometimes the trash doesn’t get taken out. Hallways aren’t swept regularly (maybe once a year). Doorbell system doesn’t work
