Great Pre-War

Pros

- Amazing landlord - Very sweet quiet neighbors - Nice neighborhood close to the L train - Large apartments

Cons

- Water pressure is a little iffy but it’s an old building so we manage - Heat is either really hot or really cold, also something I don’t mind too much.
