Great location, bad management

Pros

Lived here for 3 years, the location is great and super central. We had a corner unit that got tons of sunlight.

Cons

Central location means it can get noisy from all the street traffic. Management was awful and really hard to get in touch with. When we had urgent requests, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. We only had an email for them and would try random numbers we found online to try to get in touch with them. Our fridge broke several times and we would lose money on the groceries lost each time and would take forever for a tech to come fix it. It wasn’t until the 3rd time it broke that they finally agreed to replace it.
