Very Loud Building, Poorly done floors

Pros:
On the cleaner side, good location (minus louder high foot traffic street)
Cons:
Very loud building. Poorly built floors/walls where you can hear people walking, talking, plugging things in the wall, etc. Building management doesn't want to support or check in on these issues if you inquire. Also very thin windows (keeps no sound out).
Advice to owner:
Learn to insulate or follow up on 80% rule set for building floors.

Pros:
good location in the middle of the east village
Cons:
very dark, not great for people who need sunlight
Advice to owner:
it would be great for it to be less dark altogether, brighten the hallways etc
