Unfortunate Situation in a Great Location

Pros

Great location a 5 minute walk from the south end of Prospect Park. Smaller building, 4 floors & ~5 apartments per floor.

Cons

Neighbors are a bit loud. Blasting music, occasional yelling. Not too bad most of the time. Super is a total asshole. Unresponsive, you’ll be waiting around for him for hours and when you reach out again he’ll ignore you. Shitty construction and shotty repairs, bad leaks, occasional bugs and mice.

Advice to the owners

Take care of your building. Take your tenants’ complaints seriously. Actually repair things properly.
