great location but slow maintenance

building is right next to the park which is great for the price. area is super quiet.

Cons

maintenance is slow and sometimes doesn’t even respond, and then shows up randomly on their own schedule. there’s an issue with pests in the building as well.

Clean common spaces, trash rooms on every floor emptied out frequently, friendly doormen + women.

Was advertised as 24/7 doorman building but there was not always coverage on weekends
