Older Building Very Well Maintained

Pros

It has all the character and design of these 1920's built buildings and is well maintained by the current landlord, Steven Ficano. He's very responsive and good about returning calls or having the super (Frank, also awesome), respond in good time. The exterminator comes out regularly so we never had problems with pests.

Cons

Could use an updated building entry security system.

Advice to the owners

Keep doing your thing, Mr. Ficano. You're one of the good ones.
